Does TOKNORA send my data anywhere?

No. TOKNORA reads your session files locally and never sends them anywhere. There is no telemetry, no analytics, no cloud sync. Everything stays on your machine.

Which versions of Claude Code does it support?

TOKNORA reads the JSONL session format generated by Claude Code CLI. It works with all current versions. If Anthropic changes the format, we'll update TOKNORA with a free patch.

Does it require Python or any other runtime?

No. The installer bundles the entire Python runtime, Flask, and all dependencies. You download one file, run it, and it works. Nothing else required.

What's included in "all 2.x updates"?

Any update to TOKNORA with a version number starting with 2 (e.g. 2.1, 2.5) is included at no extra cost. Major version upgrades (3.0+) may be paid upgrades.

I bought Mac — can I use it on Windows too?

The Mac license covers up to 2 Mac machines. For Windows access, upgrade to the Mac + Windows bundle ($49). Contact support if you need a mixed platform setup.

How does the offline license work?

Your license key is verified using HMAC cryptography — no internet connection required after purchase. The verification is instant and works completely offline.

What's your refund policy?

14-day no-questions-asked refund. If TOKNORA doesn't work for you or doesn't read your session data correctly, email [email protected] for a full refund.
